After Care Program

St. Michael School provides high quality after-school child care that is safe, convenient and affordable.  The program includes crafts and special activities, supervised playtime, and quiet time in which homework will be encouraged.

Calendar, Time and Location

The After Care Program runs from 2:35 until 6:00 pm each day that school is in session and will be located in the 3 yr. old preschool room in the church basement.

Rates

Regular participants:
(Attending 3-5 days per week)
$125.00 per month, September- May. 
Payment is made in advance by the tenth of the month.
Credit is not given for absences, vacations etc.
Make all checks payable to St. Michael After Care Program and give to the After Care staff. Please DO NOT include this payment in the same check with tuition, book fees etc.

Drop-In Participant:
$3.00 per hour
Payment is required at pick-up each day the program is used.
Any pick-up into the next additional hour is another hour charged.
2:35-3:30 - $3.00
3:30 - 4:30 - $6.00
4:30 - 5:30 - $9:00
5:30-6:00 - $10.50

Late Payment Policy

First late payment is "grace."
Second late payment: 5:00 fee is charged.

Third late payment: Child is not permitted in the program until bill is paid.

Late Pick up Policy
All children MUST be picked up by 6:00 pm.
First late pick-up is "grace."
Additional late pick-ups are a $5.00 per 15 increment charge.
